Tracey’s career…
On many occasions Tracey has been known to go above and beyond the expectations of a caterer and has been a huge support and shoulder to lean on for many greiving families. she does this with pride and honour and openly admits, this is her source of motivation, knowing she can help people who need that extra support.
It all began cooking for the directors table at the Bank of Scotland. She eventually moved into working as the Maitre D' at the high-end restaurant in city of London, Chamberlain’s and eventually manager of the 108 Fish restaurant in Brentwood where she refined her service and customer relation skills.
Now, Tracey has been delivering high quality food for family functions and personal events as TH Catering since 2008 and loves sharing her passion for food with others. She has been working with Cribb’s Funeral services for over 12 years.
Her business more recently branched out to other events, and she now supports her customers for house parties, BBQ’s, wakes, weddings, baby showers and much more. With many returning customers delighted with the services.
